I have not seen the ad, however, as one who worships at the altar of Willa Cather, I have passed along your expression of disdain with the hopes that she will take some action to redress the insult to her genius as well.  Corrective actions from the grave are soooooooo much more efficatious than the run-of-the-mill copyright infringement lawsuits.  Perhaps she will enlist the aid of dear Walt for the double whammy .
