Love me some Winchester Brothers
Again, to folks who don't watch Supernatural, uhhh, get busy, yeah?
This show is just getting better and better, and every season I don't think that's possible. But it happens.
As a fan of horror (old skool mostly--we're talking 70's/early 80's stuff where horror really got interesting), I love me some Winchester boys. The whole "hunter" feel is so fun, so rich, and the actors in this series are really top notch.
Things just keep getting more and more interesting. Since angels were added the season before last, the show has really developed a few more layers (mmm, love me some layers). But, for the most part, I just love Sam and Dean. I love watching them "hunt." I love the fact that they make fun of entire sub-genres of horror, of television trash, of everything and anything they can get their hands on.
Anyway, this season's rockin' like Dokken, baby. Check it out if you get a hankerin' for something to rent or watch on hulu, etc.

You're 100% right on the mark. Supernatural is the only television show I still watch. This show does great drama and great comedy. The last line Chuck said in "The Real Ghostbusters" was PFOT funny, yet the immense sadness of silently burning a photograph at the end of "Abandon All Hope" really punctuated the end of the first act of the season.
So, do you think Detroit will be the setting of the season finale? The repeated foreshadowing is building my suspence.
I with you on this - - Supernatural is a great program, and I'm enjoying it more and more. The episode from a couple of weeks ago (when the brothers are appearing in other TV show scenarios) was one of the funniest episodes I have seen! And, I love myself a good haunting story, too!
@chernabog - I have no idea. I heard this is the last season. Bleh! I want more and more and more. Wherever it takes place, I'm left wondering, "how in the world will they get out of this one?"
@Monomyth - I can understand the show's predicament. Once the brothers defeat Lucifer (or Lucifer wins and there is no more world) do you end on a high note, or do you have another season of denouement? I suppose if this really is the final season, the writers can have Michael/Dean kill Sam/Lucifer as the brothers make the ultimate sacrifice. I was hoping for something more creative than that, even if they do ultimately sacrifice themselves in the process.
